Director Parr, the access to Celestra and Atlas transports sounds more than pleasing and i am sure that the step we are taking will bring a lot more work our way. Needless to say that new bases access also means many new opportunities for my people.

However, i would propose a slight change in price offer and your taxes law.

We rise the price to 1.3 bilion but we circumvent the tax obligation, in exchange for you working with our Silver ore as you see fit. And DSS can also lower the price on Cloak Disruptors for the Crayter Republic ships. And when we finaly start producing Cloaks, that price will also be lower for you, rather than other companies.
