The dark space of the Coronado system was illuminated by a bright flash from the hole in the Cortez system: the negotiating team was in place. The fighter and 3 bombers stood right in front of the group.

Of the whole group, only the fighter of Crayter Military spoke:
"Well, that's it, welcome to the Coronado system! Follow us to the specified point of the meeting, and there we will expect all the other parties."
Michael did not even have time to respond: at the same time he received a message. The one who spoke had a hoarse voice:
"This is the commanding officer of LNS-Maine Adrian Williams to the captain of LNS-New Oregon. We came here by our own initiative, according to the state of Cortez system. It's dangeroud to pass through only with a couple of gunboats and snubs, so we will secure your safety here. We are well aware, that we aren't allowed to enter Coronado space, therefore we will stay near with jumphole to notify you about incoming enemy forces and delay them, before they will jump to your position. Williams is out."
After these words, Michael was a little dumbfounded - he gave a specific order to nobody to get into the Cortez system without his permission (at the time of the talks). He understood whose ship it was - his gaze met Karen's gaze. Karen, of course, started:
"I do not..."
"I'll talk with you on this subject later," - said Michael. - "Albert, get in touch."
"What are you waiting for, the Sixth Fleet? Flew!"
"We have some kind of hitch, we'll start now, wait, please," - answered Albert.
"Okay, as you say. We will send a message to all our ships so far that we have guests, and that our admiral, Michael Richard, starts preparing for the meeting. Once you have everything there is resolved - say, and we will fly."
"Yes, sure," - answered Albert and turned to Michael: "Admiral, we can answer Maine."
Michael took the radio and replied: "I gave the order - do not bother anyone in Cortez until the negotiations are over. Then explain that the cruiser of the Sixth Fleet has forgotten in this system?"
"With all due respect, Admiral, the Gallic Royal Navy can get to Coronado, and you have nowhere to run. We will be your visiting card home in case of attack the Gallic forces. We are aware of what needs to be done, so do not worry."
"Okay, hell with you - you have nowhere to put up. Stay where you are."
"Accepted, Admiral!"
