Honestly, I wasn't entirely sure what his ultimate goal was. Demanding that I refrain from requesting he drop his cargo rather whittled down the paths that our interaction was going to take. Mighty curious.

But, yes, one of the primary goals of the Xenos as a whole is to cutoff all foreign shipping, be that coming into or going out of Liberty in order to solve social crisis Zed. To that end I reasoned that demanding that traders drop their cargo would provide a charming means of accomplishing that goal without simply running around blowing everything up.

Demanding a trader drop his cargo is a pretty stiff demand, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little slower with my shooters and CD's with fellows who dish out some red hot RP than those who simply engage cruise time and time again in some curious race with my stock of train disruptors while screaming "sanction" or "stop" in local.
