destroying is not everything - gaians are terrorists, too. but they do not destroy spa and cruise ships. - they terrorize them. they damage them, make their journeys expensive and unpleasent for the passengers. - there is no need to demand cargo if you don t want to - just don t destroy the ship you fire at - leave it with no turrets at 10% health and then let it go.
thats terrorizing. - but then, no one ever asked for gaians to gain a terrorist status, as they are at least half pirates, half terrorists.
not all is black and white - its not allways about leaving them be or killing them. its perfectly fine for xenos to damage each foreign ship untill they choose another route. - and you can do it within the general rules. - as long as you don t kill, you have a free go.
