Edit: As Paul pointed out, the destruction part was my suggestion as it isn't feasible for the Mollies to hold Cardiff once the Norfolk returns to Cambridge, and it makes little sense to leave it in Bretonia's hands if they have a chance to destroy it.

We might thought about leaving it to a third party, as plan A. But if the Norfolk fleet is actually back, the destruction might be a good plan B.
So in that case, wouldn't giving the BAF the chance to keep it alive be the best thing then, rather than a Molly 'auto-victory' by having it be destroyed regardless of the resistance offered by the players?
