Edit for actual post content: I'm not really sure what the issue being raised here is. Mjolnir's system is pretty simple. The NPC faction to whom the ship belongs gets fitted with the "green" tag to demonstrate that they make freely make use of it. The orange tag for those factions whom have a friendly accord with the former and the red tag is assigned to those whom are at odds with the original producer.
Exceptions being made for those persons who have consent granted by the appropriate channels.
Pretty cut and dried.
Double Edit: The Keepers are oppressing my RP by forbidding me from purchasing their ships. I demand they outfit their vessels with a saddle at once.
