That is an exception. Hardly quantifiable is it.

It is quantifiable. The ol "I stole it" with X number of words over Y number of days.

If it's allowed it should be allowed for everyone with the same effort and time, without the ability of some faction leader or even admin to say "I don't like you so your RP will never be good enough", followed by sanctions that are not warranted.

That said this is a damn solid attempt to make folks lives easier.

And easier still is a list that is black and white, no exceptions.

You can RP within those limits, right?
