Subject: Open Convoy Policy
Greetings All!
In the spirit of hospitality and development of Sirius trade, we have announced today a new policy inviting independent traders to join our convoys at our own expense.
I understand our trader captains may not always be available for this, but for the most part, I expect us all to openly welcome any willing trader into our midst.
You should confirm beforehand that the trader has no criminal history or rep that might interfere with lawful trading to our usual destinations. Also, feel free to hire whatever protection is necessary if our own escorts are unavailable.
If you find yourself unable to adequately fund such protection, see Mr. Koch, Mr. McIntyre, or myself for assistance or reimbursement.
