Cyborg Pirate Ninja Jesus was endorsing you, as a matter of fact, and offering a weapon on the level of the Nomad Sun-Killer, I'd have accepted his application if I were you...All you have to endorse is the fact that if you refuse to comply the powers that be in Outcast space are going to put you into an EVA suit without thrusters and shove you into our Black Hole.
