Should a recommended ship list exist?

How does a ship list stop cap whoring? How does it do anything at all when those that need it won't read it?

It will only work if it is official, and then it should be black and white, no exceptions, because when the people who don't read the list anyway and go by what they see on the server won't understand the exceptions are primarily for factions.
I always thought he was thinking that. He's not the only one either.

There are a very few people here who actually want a discussion about the pro's and cons of any issue, but something brings the cyborg ninja Jesus people around, doesn't it? Now we know!
