You are allowed, under the rules to have an exception as long as you are working on fixing it, which I was.

Also there is at least one other non bretonian ID'd bretonian BS, not to mention a lot of other such exceptions, libberty assault cruiser with BH ID's, that sort of thing, so the exception is allowed.
