No ZOI, ability to attack anyone who your own faction declares hostile, ability to claim bounties AND pirate anyone? And even 4300 cargo ships out of the blue. This is grossly overtuned ID.
What ID are you using now, since there is no information despite it being mandatory per official faction request rules.
