No clue if this happens or not but imo people of a low level should imo get warnings first and only after breking more rules get banned/whatever. Problem i see with the "I want Justice" attitude is that it can lead to players leaving the server for good just because they never fully read the rules. I know the "Well not reading the rules is not an excuse" but the problem with a "Insta Ban" is that it pushes people away, a warning(Say puting an item in there hold saying they have a warning for breaking a server rule) for a first time offence with lower levels is more likley to have an effect and keep them on the server.

Alot of people imo have a bad attitude to newer players and just want them banned because they don't adjust to RP as quickley as they would like.
