Hindmarsh was obsessed with money. He grew up poor and starving on Crete just like every other Corsair. But most other Corsairs accepted their fate of not having enough food. And occasionally, the crime of cannibalism still occurred at his original home from time to time. Before he was adopted and sent to Planet Manhattan, he voluntarily chose to become a child soldier. He was not forced into it. He lied about his age and then became a Commissar in with Corsair Army, tasked with investigating and shooting anybody who retreated. But, he was rescued by a Zoner NGO and sent to Liberty where he was adopted and given the chance to grow up normally. He was finally at a place where there was enough food.

In 793 A.S. as he entered the Alaska System for the first time, Hindmarsh had access to one of the most advance stealth projects in Sirius, the Nighthawk. And he was going to use it to become rich. And no, he did not plan on stealing and selling this technology.

This is where the story becomes one of fact, to something more of a legend that just couldn’t be possible.
