Dumb stuff harms the game

Just remember, none of this would've happened if PoBs didn't exist in the first place.

Look at the root cause of the problem, not the people crusading against the root cause of the problem that just so happens to have your name on it.


Otherwise, stop making dumb threads that harm the community.

The ability to build POB's have held this game together. No doubt about it. For many, POB's are a very cool thing. For others, modding, and for others its the pure interplay of RP on the forums, that holds them in DiscoGC. And, no... this is not a "dumb thread" as it highlights the harm to the community by nefarious and negative actions coupled with woeful RP.

Some keep the game alive. Some destroy it. POBs walk a fine line between being construct to the health of the community and absolutely toxic to it. And I am not pinning that on just the people who build them, but those who siege as well.

The POB system needs to be redesigned so that there is strict regulations on their placement, and that they are unsiegeable. 95% of problems with them would be resolved that way.
