I know that some Corsairs were involved in the attack on Clew Bay, no idea about The Lost Dutchman and BMM Goldgeist.

Then the Corsairs should have (realistically they, in my opinion, should do their own RP and Attack Declaration anyway) should not be included in your Attack Declaration and should have posted their own.

Sounds like there is a case for the Enclave to have attacked illegally. They should cease and desist IMMEDIATELY, await the decision of the GM, pay compensation for the current damage, and be banned from attacking for a fortnight or more.
