Dumb stuff harms the game

weapon platforms increase the survivability of a pob. that being said the whole pob plugin should be reworked from the ground up. The pvp involved in sieges is a bad one. fair play and good sportsmanship are out the window and everything goes, there is no middle ground.

I agree and the destruction of Goldgeist, Clew Bay, and Durham in what... three days? With Eldorado next? Where is the RP? Where is the fair play? This isn't right to do wholesale destruction with wanton abandon.

I really hope the GM gets involved and does right by the community.

As it was pointed out by the staff, there is no requirement regarding the RP. You can blame the lack of RP on the attackers side, the attackers can blame the lack of the RP on the defenders side. This situation is definitely outside the scope of GMs' responsibilities. Suck it up, and next time, should you decide to build a POB, build it in a more secure place and care to protect it with weapon platforms. Markam gave a good point - there are plenty of POBs in New London that are 1 jump away and are secure from sieges.
