Single/multiplayer

Greetings!
I'm not an expert but I'll try to provide some answers to your questions.

1. You can play singleplayer if you open the discovery launcher and instead clicking multiplayer you can click new game and It will automatically will start a new game in planet Manhattan you can use commands such as Cash ??? and Show 1 BUT there is no story mod.

3. No, There is only one server.

4. There is always hackers but mostly of them getting banned right away before they attempt to do anything. I never encountered a hacker in game so far.
