Just curious, are the objects supposed to be repairing from this commodity like a POB?
It says 'if' the units are moved, but the bases are already there and already [seemingly] destructible spawn points. So what happens if the first quota is met? If they are supposed to be repairing, it doesn't seem they are. Or... it means they get their 200 mil hp to go on and the drive is to deliver the cargo before it falls?
Also does this mean that they are directly engage-able by the ID's involved? Is forum RP and an attack dec required? Are there any rules around them?
