Merge transports' nanobots into hull

why does uau, guns, shields, thrusters and w/e take this arbitrary and insignificant amount of cargo space.

let transports have their rounded numbers.

I did ask that also a year ago they told me its for balance..... (was thinking back then "yea sure and insta death is also balance" pfff).
