As a front-line covid warrior, doctor I'm talking to you... I went through and I go through every day what you feel now. When my parents were in a similar situation, despite all my knowledge I felt helpless and in despair. The calm and optimistic attitude helped me calm down so I could help them.
However, we must never forget those who surround us and take care of us and them. You're not alone! We are all here if You need help spiritually or professionally.
Vitamin C (min. 1500 mg / vitamin D (min. 3000 IU / day), Béres drops (2x20), Paracetamol (max. 4g / day), metamizole / NEVER IBUPROPHENUM !!! And have a saturation meter (measuring every 4-6 hours - good if >94%) - But I think you know all of these too.

I got an Oximeter at home and checking on them every 4 to 6 hours
No Ibuprofen, agreed 100% and no excessive/wrong use of anti-biotics
