It's what Lythrilux said. A collection of enhanced grpahical and sound elements. It's pretty good actually. You don't have to use all of it. You may choose to use only a part. I personally only use the HQ system backgrounds. They are beautiful!

A few years ago I had some crashing issues with station background ambient music but that must have been fixed since then.
