Starflier Base CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Contractor: Starflier Base Contract Details: Starflier Base Supply Organization Contract with: Constellation Express This contract is a singular contract. This contract involves the supply of commodities to : Starflier Base, Kepler Terms of contract 1. Constellation Express agrees to maintain a minimum level of 5,000 units of the following commodities: Reinforced Alloys, Robotic Hardware, and Hull Segments. 2. Constellation Express agrees to maintain a minimum level of 5,000 units of the following commodities: Food, Water, and Oxygen. 3. Failure for Constellation Express to comply with the articles 1. and 2. will result in forfeiture of pay. 4. Starflier Base will credit Constellation Express 2 million SC per day that this contract remains outstanding. Payment may be backlogged up to (2) months. 5. Either party(s) that signs this contract have a right to terminate at any time. Notification will be made in this communication thread.
