However, we cannot be sure that your kind can be trusted with the location. Not only is its existence desired to remain a secret, but if it were to leak out to certain kinds of people where this may be, it would be extremely problematic and not good for relations between us and USI. Furthermore, it would leave your transports open to being caught red handed, especially with the support of our escorts. This would mean that an encounter could be inevitable. Were we to entrust the location of the base to your experts assigned to us, I would require the utmost assurance that your employees are leak free. Judging by the example that captain you mentioned set, is it far fetched to expect this work ethic of the rest of your company?

Assuming we were to give you the location and permissions required to dock with such a base freely, you would risk being investigated by the authorities who could trail you to where you're headed. They like to pull invisibility acts, so to speak. The base is intended to be placed near a high traffic area in open space, which makes the likelihood of this fairly high. This is why we are reluctant to disclose the location. One could say your presence is naturally inconspicuous to the law, but you can never be too careful. As such, I cannot currently agree to the disclosure of the base unless you or your superiors can provide some form of guarantee to maintain its secrecy. If your administration is unable to perform the task without this information, then I will allow it on the promise that if any of you were to purposefully leak it to any unintended ears, there will be lethal consequences.
