I have read the rules.

Um, nooblet were you being serious about having to join a faction and not buying a cap ship? Because I didn't see anything in the rules (except battleship licenses)... maybe I'm going blind lol

It's not a server rule it's a faction rule.

They can make your time here "interesting" if you do not listen to them.

Also, if you're in a faction and don't buy a capital ship, you can find that your time here will be a lot more "fun" and you won't cop as much flak.
