We are more than pleased to witness a man of your rank remembering us - the humble peasantry having to endure the Governments corruption and failures. Amidst the civil war, seeing men such as yourself reach out to us was much more common and there were times where the farmers of Stuttgart had high hopes for the Imperial side in restoring Rheinland's full sovereignty. These times are past once more with the unified Government barely paying attention to Synth Foods barbaric methods on Stuttgart and subsidies for us hardworking Rheinländers drying up again.

However, you have our attention. Enlighten us, Mister Kunrad, what is it you can offer us? And why now?
