My stance on the matter is that if you're hoping to close off the place from everyone else, you're fighting a pointless battle and shooting yourselves in the foot at the same time.

My guidelines are simple in regards to Earhart: don't attack my people, and I will return the favor.

As disrespectful as first contact was, it was a better alternative to attacking my personnel. The Buro will continue its operations in Earhart and the connected systems, if you're true to your word, there's nothing to concern yourselves with from our end. We have no interest in inciting unnecessary conflict, but we will make due should others attempt to interfere.
