I intercepted a Freelancer vessel within Alaska. I ordered them to halt and following a discussion, escorted them to Chadwick station where their navigation systems were scrubbed. Due to their compliance with my demands, they were not fined. A warning was issued to the violator and they were sent on their way. Their vessel was scanned and it was determined that they had no illegal cargo on their vessel. Strangely, the weapons systems within Alaska were not firing on them.

The vessel has been added to a watch list and we will be monitoring them while they are within Liberty space. Logs attached below.
