The include a streamlined Copper refining pipeline, expansion into Pennsylvania and Kansas, and an overhaul of DSE regulations.

Reason(s) for Construction: Platinum refining from the Galileo system, ensuring Liberty remains competitive on current markets.

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: DSE corporate security will handle any small-scale harassment of the construction if approved. However, DSE hopes to rely on the Navy to repel any substantial efforts by anti-Libertonian organizations to destroy the installation for daring to enter the cut-throat Platinum market.
