Hail Großadmiral Henze,

I am glad to see you are taking the threat seriously and have come with a proposal.
We can agree with most of the points, however there is one point that could cause trouble in the future which we should address.
Any urgent case, for example, an incoming Nomad incursion or an infected trying to escape, will need to be dealt with immediately.
The cascade of collateral damage an infected thrall can cause cannot be underestimated.

As such I propose the following alteration to that particular stipulation:
The Order will forward what information we have on the movements of the Nomads and their cohorts for you and the MND to evaluate and act on. When time permits, such as when it is a future threat or a building one, we will leave the matter in your hands and assist with any available agents in the region when requested. When the threat is immediate however, the Order will act immediately, even if the infected belongs to a Rheinland organization.

I cannot stress this point enough, the reports you've seen from your own men surely mentioned the Kusari KOI thrall we encountered during their visit. I assure you, there are plenty of our fellow Rheinlanders that have fallen victim to their whims as well.

Not to say that this will happen mind, but it's best to cover such situations before they do. Lest the wrong assumptions are made in the heat of the moment.

The other points we have no problem with complying with, including the sharing of information with the MND, as long as it happens on high levels of course. Less chance of infected having access that way.

I do ask you inform us if the MND intends to stick to this agreement as well, or if we should be more...careful around their ships.
