Reproduction Steps:

Have a Retrofit Transport
Equip a 500ms engine (I used CE-Ta Engine Mk II)
Cruise
Check your cruise speed

Additional Information: It also can currently equip both 350 and 500 cruise engines, though as mentioned above the 500m/s engine does not actually increase the speed.
