I'd ponder a bit more about the mobo though. Unless you need all the bells and whistles you could go way cheaper. Of course if you are a over-clocker then you need a quality mobo. The one thing that would make me cringe from the mobo is that it only supports 800MHZ DDR2 mem. There's no upgrade path for you later.

For comparison I have an Asus P5KC, which supports 4 x DDR2 (upto 667/800/1066 MHz) or 2 x DDR3 (800/1066/1333 MHz) memory sets. It over-clocks very well and really I have no complaints whatsoever. And it's even cheaper (148 at ncix). So unless you really need the features of DFI take a good look at P5KC for example.

Another point is that I'd think a bit longer if you'd rather go with quad core than dual. I know the days of quad core are not on top of us yet, but I get the feeling that you keep your setups long (2-3 years) and changing a processor is always not really on top of upgrading list after you've made the initial choice.

I'd go with quad if I were you. The loss of extra hertz will not be the bottleneck in your gaming, be that crysis or other modern game. It's the graphics card.
