To whom it may conern,

My name is Eddy Narson Colonel within the Order First Fleet Overwatch. I am contacting you today concerning a minor operation that that will take place in Vespucci. The Overwatch would like to conduct this operation without interference from the Liberty Navy and to avoid any miss understandings that may arise from our agents in the area and your patrols.
