Good afternoon Mr Giraud,

My name is Esme Blake, representing Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing as a part of Shackleton Operations Group. We at Bristol would be happy to sell a Bulwark Heavy Explorer to ALG's Research and Development Division - the vessel is extremely well suited for transporting goods in the Omicron systems, far in advance of any currently in service within my own humble expertise.

However, regrettably there is currently a degree of administrative difficulty here at Bristol which has rendered us unable to currently make Bulwark sales. This stated, our Akutan facility is ready to begin construction, with all material necessary for a Bulwark Heavy Explorer in place. My apologies, but I would ask for your patience at this time.

For future reference, the cost for the vessel is 15.000.000 sc. We will be sure to inform you when a sale can be made.
