It would require 7.5 permafiring, uncontested tachyon destroyers with shields off the entire duration hitting the same component with pinpoint precision for 8 minutes to kill one. I could see that happening if Mollys weren't around, but they had a fleet one had to fight too. If they had sunrails, 10.5 minutes.
If they were pressured and the hege fought back (shields on, 100% accuracy, never stopping, only component hits), 15 minutes. It took the fireships 20 minutes-ish to get to the objective.
All in all though despite the unwinnable odds it was okay, fight wise. I had fun. It's just a bit of a bummer about the objective.
