Beginning Patrol Report L-N.153, 835 A.S.
Launched from Chadwick, usual route. Texas, Penn, Colorado, New York were clean, plenty of traffic, no problems.
Was making my way to New York > Cali jump gate when a convoy of Zoners belonging to the Phoenix Organization jumped in system, 1 Frigate, 4 Bulwarks and 1 hired gun, mute I presume. Or Illiterate by its ship name. I didn't bother with him and he didn't bother with me, or maybe he doesn't speak or understand English. They have quite expensive and military grade equipment on those ships.
Anyway, ships Identification:
1 Scarab Frigate - Asteria
4 Bulwarks - Trireme Alpha, Trireme Beta, Trireme Gamma, Thelema
1 Havok - Dream-huanter
Cargo scan came clean, all were carrying Niobium.
There has to be a "but".
Trireme Gamma was in possession of Nomad Missiles and Mines and the Scarab Asteria had mounted a restricted tech scanner, Wiretap. Order by manufacture, LSF by tech.
Upon questioning of where they came from, they claimed to be from Omicron Delta. When asked about the Nomad ordinance and why Its present in their cargo, they claimed they "picked it up by accident".
Now, upon being questioned for the provenance of the Wiretap, things got murky. They blatantly lied, stumbled and fumbled one another. Then they invoked a lack of a legal representative, lawsuit, Core Involvement and "rights". Hah!

Once Advocate-7 of the LSF, some Excelsus Squadron working in the Omicrons and Alien areas arrived at the scene, the Zoners fumbled once more, letting slip that they either have access or knowledge to Nomad Tech.

An LSF agent claiming to be working in the Omicrons and Alien Areas happens to drop by in New York as I stopped a convoy of Zoners claiming to come from Omicron Delta; who have knowledge of Nomad Tech and are in possession of Nomad Ammunition and Order Tech. How fortunate, don't you think? Too fortunate for my liking. You should have more information on these guys, you can handle it. I hope.

He was useful in pressuring them to get to Norfolk for a thorough inspection without me having to resort to force.
At Norfolk, after the inspection, they didn't have any Nomad Tech or Ammo on board. The Security and Inspection crews came clean for the rest of their ships, except for Asteria. I decided to detain him for further questioning.
The captain buckled and admitted to be in possession of classified and restricted blueprints, presumably acquired from a "fighter wreck".

Those blueprints are invaluable and must be acquired by LSF. Maybe I can get some information on how they were leaked. If they exist. If not, either Phoenix is tied with Order, infiltrated by it or a front for Order. Or Order is selling its tech for profit to Zoners. Either way, I'll not come back empty handed.
I will tag along with these Zoners, to see where this leads. Their destination is Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta. I am currently docked on Eerie, the Zoners are resting and visiting friends or family and restocking on Deuterium It seems. I will switch to a civilian ship and ID, and manage to report on route as they stop by. Since they can't dock in any House space, they will most likely dock on Freeports or other facilities.
