Hi, hello, can we (nomads) breathe down everyone's neck? We actually have a vested interest in Kusari coming out ahead on this given the state of KuWild and KOI, so artifact interdiction is not actually something we want to do, we don't need artifact bonuses or anything, but kills on the involved IDs for the purpose of catching and infecting an unlucky shipment would be nice.

Zeta being completely lost, tactically, while we cannot harass Mu directly because of the minefield, Delta, Minor, and especially the Tokelau cloud become pretty severe ambush points. Also, with a more blanket threat (because nomads are often not about to be talked out of or be bribed out of their target), you can use their presence as a more imposing reason to hire defenders and escorts.
The general problem I currently see with Nomad harassment is that the Zeta hole is likely blockaded. And while the blockading force is getting their necks breathed on, I just don't see the Noms immediately following up their invasion with another. Just like any force, they'd want to regroup and resupply first, clean-up any humans in Zeta, start probing for weaknesses, etc. etc. I guess this is a more general discussion about how well Nomad logistics function, and how much they lost during the Endless Flood event beat.
As for The Wild: I crave RP. Provide a compelling inrp set-up, and you can start the harassing. I have already told @Chronicron that the Wild can take on a similar role to the Order/Outcasts, focusing on harassing and kidnapping greedy traders.
