That is not too unrealistic, as some of the Dons may decide that they want more influence in the Gallic underworld, and will try to buy it with relics. For that to happen however, you need to provide RP of a contract with an Outcast group, and support the Outcasts in establishing their own base in the Omicrons. I currently have no plans to add ANY npc sellpoints, much less those half the sector away from the source of the items.
See what I said above. It would be the UC buying from the Corsairs doing this (much like how the Hogosha are filling the same role in Kusari), not Brigands from the Outcasts.
The reason I don't consider this is that the Corsairs already have a buyer - their old friends the Hogosha, who have been smuggling artifacts for them since time immaterial. They won't be able to handle new customers, based on the write-up. Meanwhile, Core is in the same position with Liberty, where many of its shareholders are likely from. And since the Corse and Outcasts hate each other, they won't be able to rely on their pipeline. That leaves only the Brigands as an option, but I agree that setting up such an op would require a lot of RP, since the Brigands are far less organized than the Corse.
Oh yeah for sure. I don't think the UC should be taking part in this event, simply saying that if Gallia were to be a part of it, the UC would be the suppliers in all likelihood.
