Bug: Unable to see more than 3 ships in the ship dealer

Reproduction Steps:

Go to a base that has more than 3 ships on sale.
Only the first 3 ships show up with no interface to show more.

Additional Information: Fresh install of Windows 11, and of Freelancer + Discovery.
