Diplomacy you say? I find it amusing that you say that. When I reached out, when any Zoner reached out, the government you represent basically shut us off. I can site the examples if you want. It is not us that created the animosity, it is the government of Liberty.
Erie is a big planet and we have small settlements all over it. Insurgents can hide anywhere to include right under your own nose in Liberty run facilities. If they do not want to be found, they will not be so you can stop the blame game upon the Zoner population.
