I have requested authorisation from the Commander to provide a read only record of the witness testimony. Once granted I will proceed to upload it here.

My instruction to move formal condemnation against both groups is rooted in the logic that if the Order must bring its weapons to bear then there exists a scope for reasonable suspicion that the individual, or group, is compromised.
