[UI] Going from Windowed Mode to Fullscreen Mode ends up in a black screen

Bug: Going from Windowed Mode to Fullscreen Mode ends up in a black screen and you can't do anything about it. (it wasn't the case before the patch).

Reproduction Steps:

• Have the game in Windowed Mode
  
• Want to focus, as usual, like before (i.e. combat), Ctrl+D to switch from windowed mode to fullscreen
  
• Game doesn't really freeze (music and SFX still works, but nothing else)
  
• Black screen -> Alt+F4 (had to disconnect (read: alt+F4) during the event due to this)
  

Additional Information: >BLACK SCREEN< (it's just a black screen.)
The game is in Windowed Mode, of course.
Before the patch, it didn't do that. And it's not consistent either. Sometimes it works flawlessly like before; sometimes it doesn't and end up like so.
