The Circle has gathered! And discussed! And some of it was even productive, it wasn't all snacks and weed and afterpartying. So here's our counterpoints, best as I can sum 'em up:

• We want the Independent Quadrant to be specifically the Lane Hacker Quadrant, with all sovereignty rights reserved to us, and we want it expanded to encompass the whole North Ontario Debris Sea. Yea that includes Orillia.
  
  
• We want a basic right of safe passage for all Lane Hackers through Ontario regardless of if they explicitly abide by the pact or not. Basically, someone being a lil' shit? Last offer is get the fuck out, not eat vacuum.
  
  
• We want an equivalent guarantee that the Alliance won't go gunning down our suppliers in the same terms we won't go gunning down yours as per V.1.
  
  
• We want first dibs on Ageira tech in the system. No offense to y'all but you'll probably agree you're not exactly qualified to handle that sorta material, and you've seen the kinda shit that can happen if its not handled right, like in Dublin.
  
  
• We don't like V.3 straight up. It's too vague, and if some shitass feels like interpreting it too strictly it's gonna cause problems. I'd say axe it, but you're the one writing this thing.
