Indeed, Pygar with it's weather environment in combination with supplies will become hard target for Corsair expansion, if not even impossible. I will registrate agreement and when it will become active, as rule on next day after procedure, trade convoys can start their work.

As in pervious time better use separate communication channel for delivery reports. Can make new one or use old one for that purpose.
