Commander West;

I am personally very relieved to hear from you after these many months of radio silence and I do hope the Task Force is doing well. We've been stationed near Inverness for the last couple months as our limited crew has been keeping tabs and finished running diagnostics onboard, we've decided to keep El Alto clear and both them as little as possible since your own team of specialists have reported being as busy as ever.

Now that we're fully aware of what's broken we've organized and scheduled a project to bring the vessel back to combat readiness, all that's left is to bring in the needed materials and our team will do everything necessary to bring her back to the field.

Regarding the hyperspace hardware however, it's been decided that due to being purpose-built and its prototype nature and complexity that we should carefully dismantle and dispose of it, and replace it with a newer state-of-the-art counterpart. I suspect that the locals from the Technocracy will be interested in getting their hands on it to re-use this hardware for their own purpose, since it serves none to us right now.

During all this time and while we were figuring out what's broken we've also did our best efforts to rework and re-organize hangar bays more suited to service a broader range of vessels rather than the standard-issue Prosecutor-class from back when this vessel serviced under command of the Insurgency, this was another of my secondary concerns to address before the vessel begins to operate on Pennsylvania. This will also speed logistics now that we have a shopping list of materials to bring to begin repairs.

And speaking of that, I would like to know if you're acquainted with certain someone that could help us out in procuring some of these materials. Do you know some law-abiding civilians sympathizing with our cause that have a freighter?
