Admin Notice: Lost Characters or Accounts?

I'm missing quite a few items from a ship that I took off of my account. I was almost certain that I sold all of the items to my POB but they appear to still be missing. The name of the character was "Outrider-1" and the big item I'm missing is the Explorer ID from the start of the new patch with the Deep Omegas were opened. Hoping it can be restored to ensure that I didn't accidentally delete the ID with the character.
