Project Toyotomi has shifted back into the focus following the parliamentary elections and confirmation of other wartime related questions. The Admiralty concluded that the Tohoku - New Tokyo corridor will represent a vital link during any upcoming conflicts and urgently requires fortifications. Waiting for the successful construction of Project Toyotomi was deemed too high of an operational risk. This debrief serves the purpose of informing the NT-NGD and T-NGD about the upcoming deployment of the IKN-Nagashima. The Admiralty further wishes to stress the operational readiness of the KOIs own logistical assets to be ensured and that all further coordination regarding Project Toyotomi will run through the IKN-Nagashima's commander: Itto Kaisa Handa Takami.
