Big Change to QCRF : To become BAF

Something I'm not quite clear on: Why does this move with BAF - and I fully support you there, Dieter - require a change in the political situation, thereby removing one of the FED's main reasons for existing? Why can't BAF continue to be under a strong monarchy, just newly reorganized?

Again, I'm open to discussion and new ideas, but I'd like to know this first.

My idea came about as a misunderstanding about the permanence of FED. Thought it was something you were doing on a temporary basis. Since it may be intended to be more permanent, I'm wrong.

I'm going to summarize how we should relate:

1) The BAF being under the MOD means you guys try to stay more political, rather than go to the guns. I think you tended that way anyway.

2) FED will not simply be KOS to BAF, but we will keep an eye on you while in Bret space, and will stop you from interfering in trading. Analogy is how cops treat known gang members, when they aren't actually committing crimes.
