Greetings all I, Jack Matthews, Adjudicator of Bornholm Depot have decided to write down the rules and general information about Bornholm with a handy little walktrough.
[General Information]
Omega 15 is a system where there has been alot of activity from the following Five factions.
[color=#006600]Rheinland Millitary
Corsairs
Red Hessians
Bounty Hunters Guild
Junkers
There are two stations and one dockable ship in omega 15.
Battleship Schwerin - Rheinland Millitary; Bismarck Class Battleship.
Rostock Station - Bounty Hunters Guild Station
Bornholm Depot - Junker Station
There are three Jump holes in this system aswell.
Dresden Jump Hole - The primary route to Rheinland Space, located in close proximity to Battleship Schwerin. Avoid at all costs when carrying illicit cargo.
Omega 41 - Lies between the two suns in the system, very dangerous area. Often used by Corsairs.
Omega 56 - Located near Rostock Station, this jump hole is the entrance to the Bounty Hunter Guards system. Avoid at all costs.
There is also One Nebula in the system.
The omega 15 system is a 'gap' inside the walker nebula - which completely encircles the system. The nebulas you see on the map are outcroppings, or "arms", of the nebula that drift into omega 15's space.
This map shows the "General" information about the Zone of Influence for the "Main" factions in Omega 15.
Rheinland Millitary
Bounty Hunter Guild
Junker
This is an estimate of the zone of influence, it is not exact.
General Trade Route in Omega 15.
This route takes one close to the Rheinland Millitary Battleship Schwerin, avoid if carrying illicit wares. It will also be advised if your heading into Omega 41 to be careful around the two suns and their corona.
Rules, decreed by Adjudicator Jack Matthews of the Junker Congress.
Asylum - Asylum may be given to anyone that isnt listed as Hostile to the Junker Congress. This means that The Congress will protect the ship, captain, crew of the ship. For a large fee that is, and the Adjudicator may deny the person if the Adjudicator finds that it will affect political relations. //This means in RP ways that a pilot may ask for asylum from My character "Jack Matthews" and dock at Bornholm for safety. And it doesnt hurt any political issues, such as a Hessian running from Corsairs. But can be used if a Pirate runs from the Bounty hunters. //
Ship Class Allowance - As the Bornholm depot is quite small, any ship larger then a Cruiser will have to stay outside the Debris field as it may collide with debris that can endanger the Depot, the Bornholm depot can not handle to many larger crafts aswell. Small shuttle crafts will handle any refuleing, rearming, Commodity Exchange or personell transfer and repair crews will assist as long as it's possible. //This is a RP Rule only, any ship can still dock, but In RP the battleship, Dreadnought will RP that it's outside the Debris field. I mean, the station is realy small.//
The Outer Guard Zone(Displayed on the map as the dark outer ring around Bornholm) - Is considered "Danger Zone", this means that any noone Junker, Harvester craft, opening fire, will be subject to questioning and be asked to stop and explain themselfs. If it's a matter of self protection, the Adjudicator wont question the pilot's attitude. If it's a noone Junker salvaging the debris field, The rule concerning Salvaging is in effect. Any vessel that refuses to explain their actions, the Adjudicator and any other Junker Guard craft will ask the affected ship to leave the area, if it refuses a warning shot will be fired. If it refuses after that, hostile actions may be taken.
// If your not a Junker or a Harvester, dont open fire within the outer Zone unless in self defence.//
No hostile fire within the scrap field. The only fire that is allowed is from ships that are mining scrap metal, or ships that are defending the station (Harvester and Junker guard ships only). Anyone, junker or otherwise, who fires within the field other than to defend the station or salvage scrap is to be evicted without question, and denied further access to bornholme or it's scrap field until they pay reperations (a small tax, generally 2-5 million based on severity of the act) to the Junker Congress and Bornholm Residents.
[color=#000000]No unauthorized salvagers. Nobody but Harvesters and Junker Congress members are allowed to salvage the scrap field - including other junkers. Non-faction junkers may harvest the field once they've read the junker operations manual ((Wich is in Tenacities Sig)), and understand the rules around bornholme. Non-junkers who attempt to salvage in the field are to be taxxed. If they refuse they will be asked to leave the scrapfield and the surounding area, if they stillr efuse agressive actiosn may be taken.
Any Junker, Junker Guard and Congress member is allways allowed docking, and permitted to enter debris field. No questions asked.
Bornholm is after all a Junker Base and we are all Junkers.
