Greeting Adjudicator Matthews. This is Cesar Culebra. I hope you are not to bored out there in 0-15. I cannot commit any of my guard ships to Bornholm but Ratchet should be in the area patrolling Yanagi and Bornholm. He is mostly a Data Aquasition AI but he ship is armed for combat.
